Study On The Problems And Solutions On The Administrative Examination And Approval At Present In Our Country

The reforms on the administrative examination and approval system are carried out in our country. This is the demand that superstructure adapts to economic basis. Whether our examination and approval can leap out of "offside", "dislocation" and "omission" through reform is connected with the overall situation of our national economy. In this thesis, directed by materialist dialectics and based on the general theories of the administrative examination and approval, we try to find out the problems commonly existing in our present administrative examination and approval through studying the generation and development of the administrative examination and approval in our country, and explore the reasonable location of the reforms on the administrative examination and approval in our country under the condition of socialism market economy, especially after China's entry into WTO. Then we analyze the problems in our present administrative examination and approval system, and put forward actively some thoughts and solutions to the carrying out of our reforms on the administrative examination and approval system.
