Study On The Early Warning Index System Of Juvenile Delinquency

Young people play an important role in the development of a society, and their growthconditions is directly related to the overall quality of the Chinese nation. China has alwaysattached great importance to the education of young people. At present, China’s political,economic, and ideological and cultural, are undergoing tremendous changes, Thedevelopment of society changes more quickly than ever before, but it also brings manyaffecting factors to the growth of young people. Since the beginning of the last century,China’s relevant departments have begun to concern on the study of juvenile delinquency, andhave achieved many successes. However, the number of juvenile delinquency still has a sharprise since the 1970s, and can’t been able to get effective control. Because the research is focuson seeking more performance measures, but we don’t have much research on juveniledelinquency before the monitoring and early warning. Therefore, treat the problem of juveniledelinquency as the theory of social warning, may provide a new perspective for the problemof juvenile crime, and provide constructive comments and suggestions to prevent and reducejuvenile delinquency.This paper summarizes the theory on juvenile delinquency at home and abroad. Andanalyze the characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency from family, school, socialfactors, combined with the Tianjin University of Technology student survey, the establishmentof early warning indicator system of juvenile delinquency. We will be able to reflect thefactors of juvenile delinquency indicators, divided into three index system in accordance withthe difference of the subject and the objective environment, an index, subsystem twoindicators, specific indicators, three indicators constitute, in which the subsystem indicators: 1.Main index. 2. Family environment index. 3. Social environment index. 4. Governance Index.And build a raw data transformation according to the category of the mathematical model.Qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining the initial build out a morescientific, and improve early warning indicators of juvenile crime system.
