Children are the future of a country and nation, in recent years, in party and country and the attention of the whole society and under the care of the welfare of children, China has been the cause of rapid development of disabled children, the legitimate rights and interests are protected. At present our country to the orphans and handicapped children care model including machine maintenance and family foster care two. Among them, family foster mode in recent years is the emergence of a child welfare, child protection new pattern, is currently China’s Child Welfare Institute in the exploration of disabled children" homes" parenting patterns in the formation of a new parenting models, and in practice has been widely recognized, for the disabled the children’s physiological, psychological and social development played a great role in promoting.As the Zhengzhou University social work graduate students, at the Zhengzhou children’s Welfare Institute Family Foster Care Department of a six-month internship, in the understanding of the family foster care routine and hospital of disabled children in foster care situation at the same time, but also a profound experience to the Zhengzhou municipal welfare home for children in foster care in a variety of problems of existence, this article attempts to professional social work theory, method for support, in order to present family foster care problems as guide, from the perspective of social work analysis of family foster care problems and put forward a more reasonable and feasible ways of working; at the same time, explore the social work in family foster care in interventional possibilities and interventional space, open up social work more extensive work area.
