Research On The Resettlement Of Vietnamese Exporting Labor After Repatriation

Currently, Vietnam has about500thousand laborers presenting in over40nationsand regions in the world. Approximately100thousand laborers are engaging in laborexport, through that training labor force highly-qualified in profession, foreign languageand industrial working manner are instruments to acquire advanced foreigntechnological transfer, most of them demand for trained jobs after coming back to thenative country. This labor source is assessed as suitable in current economic integrationperiod. The necessity to have a policy system with basic contents for effective use ofthis labor force is of important significance. Researching and finding appropriate,synchronous, effective and systematic solutions from State’s policies is an urgent topic.As a result, I choose the topic “Research on the resettlement of Vietnamese exportinglabor after repatriation” for my dissertation.My dissertation is going to raise some ideas:Firstly, effective using high quality post-exporting labors brings many economicbenefits for the country； Secondly, using the post-exporting labor both helps toincrease the ability to supply the exporting labor and reduces the illegal job quittingduring the working time abroad；Thirdly, using the post-exporting labor supplementsadvanced cultural value, accompany with removing the risk of inferiority of the post-exporting labor which can harm the society during the resettlement time；Finally, usingthe post-exporting labor helps to strengthen the international cooperationThe dissertation consists of three following chapters:Chapter1: Background of the resettlement of Vietnamese labor after repatriationChapter2: Assess the resettlement policy for Vietnamese labor after repatriationChapter3: Some measures raised in order to improve the resettlement policy forVietnamese labor after repatriation...
