In China with the change and development of open up and economicsystem, causing for different factors of different structure of the single-parentfamilies has increased. Families as society cells have an enormous influenceon the teenagers who growing in them, half-baked single-parent familiesstructure to teenagers brings kinds of growing difficulties. Althoughsingle-parent families facing the predicament of the teenagers of growth, butthe authors think the dilemma facing growing single-parent families teenagersand young is not the problem, in the face of difficulties at the same time, theyhave their own potential, and other aspects of advantage. From the point ofview of system of advantage, analyze, and intervention, help themdevelopment potential, improve personal value. Single-parent families ofadolescents and perfect family teenagers are the future of our motherland, allhas the equal value and by people care about and respect demand, single-parent families of good family atmosphere, bonding with close, the schoolcampus life sweet, interpersonal smooth, harmonious social environment canalso shape the outstanding single parent families teenagers.In this paper, the author become a worker as an intern of social workerinvolved in and carried out on the X association for single parent families ofyouth development support of "happy partner" project. From the perspective ofsocial work, such as advantage perspective,"man in the environment, systemsupport, the author viewed and analysed the teenagers’ growing pains in single-parent families, especially those who stay with the opposite parent.Finally through the operation of the innovation in social case work,summarized a set of new model be named accompany-growing process modelin specific situations.
