And the core of the research is to find a practical and effective way to promote children’s resilience in single-parent families. The author tries to investigate the current situation and analyze the factors through questionnaire methods, interview methods, and observational methods. On the basic of this, the author tries to combine the social work philosophy with developing resilience, uses strength perspective to intervene these children and uses social group work to construct and optimize internal factors of children’s resilience in single-parent families. Besides this, it will also let these children experience and improve their self-efficacy and sense of optimism, then, they will become to internalize their knowledge, experience and comprehension, and finally, they will convert these to inner protection factors.
