A Practical Study On The Intervention Of Case Management Model In The Growing Dilemma Of De Facto Orphans

Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,our country pays more and more attention to the social security of children.The child welfare system is also gradually being improved.However,when the "Girls starved to death incident in N City","Yang Liujin incident" and "Bijie Children's incident in Guizhou" were exposed by the news media,As a result,the group of orphans is also concerned by the society.The fact orphans are also called "de facto unaccompanied children",which mainly include children whose parents are dead and one of them is missing or abandoned.There are four subgroups of children whose parents are both severely disabled or who both parents are ill,and children in poor families who are seriously ill or rarely ill.The author found that the current study of social support system for orphans in China has been highly valued in theory,but similar to another group of orphans.That is,the fact orphans are left out of the scope of research,scholars focus on the macro level of research on the fact orphans,and there are very few micro studies on the fact orphans.The main purpose of this study is to carry out the social service project of the fact Orphans of the "Green Kwai Plan",which is mainly used in the actual situation.The author takes Xiao ao,the fact orphan who is in contact with the service,as the object of study.Using the methods of participation observation,interview,action research and so on,to collect the data of the fact orphans,and analyze the causes of the growing predicament of the fact orphans Xiao ao from the perspective of ecosystem theory.It is found that there are four main problems in the owner of the case.They are: family economic poverty,family tension,poor interpersonal communication,lack of academic guidance,lack of community support.The management mode is involved in the growing dilemma of the fact orphans and meets the needs of the victims.Through the actual operation process of the growing dilemma of the fact orphans,some experiences are summarized and shared.It is hoped that it will be useful for social workers to intervene in the growing up of orphans.
