However street children stray again and again because of the absence of specific regulations and policies to rescue street children, the shortage of funds in the national official aid agencies and the lack of talent and so on. They have difficult to return home and return to society.If the children live wandering life and without guaranteeing, they will always be discriminated by others. Their heart will be hurt when they saw other children have a happy childhood. If things go on with complicated factors, the world view and the outlook on life of the street children will have big change even have distorted personality, and their may have a discontented attitude to the society. Once the street children produced the discontented attitude, it will be hard to change, they may do wrong and the discontented attitude, even lead them to commit a crime.
