Street begging is not uncommon at all times. They are hungry, sleep on the streets, to picking up litter, sell flower, entertainer and so to survive, and some even abetting to thefts robbery, become a crime tool, known as the "reserve army of crime " The edge of the living state, is not conducive to their own survival and development, but also to the city image,social security has brought many negative effects, this is not coordinated to our goal of building a harmonious society. Therefore, aid the further development of the cause of street children, give them necessary assistance and protection is urgent.The rescue of street children in China has attached great importance, with the continuous development of society, the state protection of street children has intensified, research about street children and their assistance system has gradually deepened. However, because lack of specialized law about rescue street children, and many official aid agencies lack funds, manpower and other issues, these factors and social forces involved are seriously inadequate have led to the ratio of street child duplication. vagrants and beggars is high, street children hard to really return home and return society.In this paper, author use data analysis and survey research, combined with the author's nearly six months investigation in Save the Children Protection Center in Kunming, author do a detailed empirical study with street children's age, sex, educational level, wandering reasons, outflow, and other aspect, Through quantitative and qualitative analysis phase binding assays, author summarized the difficulties in rescue street children and analyzed and the reason which behind the problem inadequate legal aid, relief agencies did not join forces, the low participation of social forces. Accordingly the reason, author made some suggestions and ideas. Contains perfect the external macro-environment, strengthen the internal construction of aid agencies, multi-party to raise funds to form a nationwide network and other aspects.
