IMF’s building and development was closely related with the each country’s economy all over the world. IMF aimed at providing loans to the countries who suffered the financial crisis or economy broken, and to support them to manage the inner-country’s economy. While, with the globalization trend, the role IMF played across the world has changed in a subtle way. The controversial problem which is related to the sovereignty transition or the interference in the countries’sovereignty has been put forward further. The first chapter of this paper issued three questions through the example of loaning with limits from IMF by Egypt, the first one is what’s role the IMF played in the world; the second one is whether the IMF interfere with the sovereignty of Egypt? And the third one is what aspects of sovereignty are influenced by IMF? The second chapter focused on detail analysis of the questions issued in first chapter, that is, to make sure the role IMF played by analysing from the structure of IMF and the function; to make sure wether the IMF interfere with the sovereignty of Egypt by analysing the financial status of Egypt and the conditions the IMF issued; and finally to analyse what the aspects of Egypt sovereignty the IMF interfered. The third chapter focused on three different standpoints, that is, from the IMF, from the developing countries and developed countries to see what’s the problems lie in and how to figure out and deal with. This article aimed at analysing the influences the IMF brought to the sovereignty of country, so as to put forward the constructive advices about how to change the situation. Maybe, it is a better way to stand historically, worldly, globally for understanding the changes of the principle of sovereignty, figuring out what the influences the world economic communities brought to the world and the country’s sovereignty.
