Study On The Tortious Liability About The Property Rights Of Grassland Resources

As an important natural resources and strategic resources, grassland resources plays a very important role in the economic construction and social development.China is a country which has rich grassland resources, but the legal protection of the grassland resources is grossly inadequate. China’s grassland resources are facing a serious infringement. Depth the legal issues of torting property rights of grassland resources, establish a tort liability system against the real rights of grassland resources, and build the legal system of the tort liability system which suitable for China against grassland resources through property rights.It is extremely positive about protect the legitimate interests of grassland resources through property rights and reduce grassland resources infringement dispute and Improve the utilization of grassland resources.This paper is divided into five chapters, and the purpose of this paper is to study on the grassland resources through property rights tort liability system and the legal protection of grassland resources through property rights. The first chapter briefly introduces the basic status of China’s grassland resources.the second chapter discussed in detail against grassland resources and property rights infringement object, and pointed out their respective problems and inadequate. Chapter III of the article discusses the theory of torting about grassland resources,and it focuses on the specific type of grassland resources in China all kinds of property rights have been violated, and to analyze the reasons for such violations. By the above described, the fourth chapter focuses on current infringement of grassland resources through property rights infringement liability theory and pointed out its problems. On the basis of the above analysis and demonstration, The last chapter of the proposal is try to rebuild China’s torting liability system about the property rights of grassland resources, and it also points out the specific measures that improve the property rights of legal protection of grassland resources in China.
