The problem of farmer’s moral educational in new rural construction is a crucial issue in which the rural construction is successful or failed. The new rural construction is simply not only the development of rural economy, but the further transformation depending on the inner moral concept evolution of farmers. This kind of change will deeply bring about beneficial or harmful far-reaching influences on the new rural construction. The major topic discussed in this paper is how to guide rural residents to make them achieve modernization and produce modern personality.This paper to discuss the problem occurrence and trend, and the future of the above topics is from four aspects:The first section establishes the subject of new rural construction——a research theme. In terms of the law of social development or China’s actual situation, farmers should be treated as the subject in the construction in new rural area. Whether novel rural construction is successful depends on morality and education can profoundly change the farmer’s inner world, and build the modern personality to the farmers.The second section discusses the united contract, social and moral issues and farmer’s mental transformation problems in the construction in new rural area. United contract is produced contract which makes the farmers from home production unit being independent operators and subsequently participated in the tide of market economy. Their subjectivity is gradually awakened along with the development of reform and opening to the market. However, a variety of social and moral issues are breeding in the process of wakefulness to farmers.The third section is some basic contents of moral education to aim directly at the problems caused by the new rural construction process. Both the moral education for individual farmers and the whole harmonious development in the countryside are the essential contents of moral education to the farmers.The fourth section presents several important methods in the new rural morality education. The most fundamental one is still the development of rural economy, which ensures farmer’s individual independence and carries out legal education.
