Land means all the soil which can be used and exploited by human in nowadays and in the future that can be restricted. As the fundamental factor of a country, the importance of the land can not be counted. In this condition, the land law is not only important but also significant. Our country is the owner of the land and it has the ownership of the land, therefore the right of administration is the extension of the right of ownership. If a country takes the roles of a owner and a administrator both, it has to fulfill his two different kinds of obligation. The right of the land administration is special as it is more advanced than some other rights. The law has to draw a clear boundary to prevent the abuse of this right. The land legal system of our country is still imperfect and has to be improved a lot. In this circumstance, how to build it up more impressively becomes the most irreplaceable objective of the socialist public ownership of our country. This thesis is composed of introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction represents the background of this research, the significance of the topic, the method and the logic of the thesis.
