Study On Intervention Of Enterprise Social Work In Migrant Workers Service From The Perspective Of Citizenship

Along with the pace of our country modernization and industrialization have being accelerated, hundreds of millions surplus rural labor migrated to the city, where they made significant contribution for rural development and city prosperity. Social services plays an important role and make a significant effect in solving the problem of migrant workers, improving migrant workers’quality of life and promoting the migrant workers’ integration into city. But because of the lack of civil rights, migrant workers related services often do not receive due protection. Under the situation that the government, enterprises, social services supply is generally insufficient, concerning about their life has become the important content of social work of enterprises which is taken as a bridge combined migrant workers with the government, enterprises and social forces.From the perspective of citizenship, the paper studies on the intervention into migrant workers by social work of enterprises. Using research method such as the collection, interviews and comparative analysis to understand the current situation of migrant workers service, to introduce the objectives and content of enterprise social work intervened in migrant workers service and to clear advantages and limitations in the intervention. Then put forward new pattern and new ideas to construct a system of corporate social work services among migrant workers, and to enrich the social work in enterprise and research on the theory and practice of migrant workers. The main contents are as follows:The first part firstly puts forward the background, purpose and significance of research, combs the relevant literature, defines the related concept, and points out the theoretical basis, research method and innovation;In the second part, the paper discusses the current service status from the aspect of government, enterprises, and social groups of migrant workers. The government function’s vacancy, enterprises’ ignorance, social work’s low specialization and migrant workers’ unconsciousness are all reflected the necessity of intervention by enterprise social work;The third part introduces the objectives and content of the enterprise social work intervened migrant workers service, which includes enlarging the channels of political participation, maintaining labor rights and striving for social welfare and security for them. At present, mainly service includes the maintenance of basic rights, the training about social education and occupation, enrichment in cultural life, interpersonal counseling to ease the mind, and education for children of migrant workers; The forth part introduces the advantages and limits of enterprise social worker. The advantages include national height emphasis, professional values, scientific service method, flexible role orientation, multiple working modes. There are also limits which include low social self-identity, the lack of practical experience, the lack of system design, the difficulty in assessing, ethics predicament;In the fifth part, on the basis of analysis in the advantage and limitation of enterprise social work, a proposal about how to improve and promote enterprise social involvement of migrant workers service is put forward. Only if under the government, community, business, media, NGO, NPO, enterprise social workers and migrant workers’ own efforts, can the migrant workers enjoy the necessary services and strengthen the sense of belonging;In the sixth part, makes summarization and points out the research deficiency.
