Environmental problems have since ancient times, Chinese ancient environmentalproblems caused by both natural causes, but also no lack of reason. Nature constantlychanging, both for the prevention of human is difficult to anticipate, also for humans toresist, especially that in ancient times, the human environment is driven by interests causedby. Whatever the case, the destruction of the environment are harmful to people ’sproduction and life, and even endanger social order and national sovereignty. Based on thisconsideration, this article first analyzes China ancient environmental problems and its harm,and then elaborates on Chinese environmental legislation have profound effects on the twoUniversity School of environmental protection idea, namely the generation of Confucian"love all the people and animals" thought and the Taoist thought of" nature". The third partcollection of ancient Chinese environmental legislation to combing the basic contents, suchas" the law" in the field" and" law" the Tang law" in" miscellaneous law" are relativelysystematic regulations on how to protect natural resources, the song and Yuan Dynastiesrulers frequently issued edicts to seek economic development and natural harmony andcoordination. From the ancient environmental legislation, dynasties attached greatimportance to the protection of natural resources, can say, the Confucian " to ban", the"advocating luxurious or frugal" sustainable development thought runs through the ancientChinese environmental legislation from beginning to end, almost all of the law onenvironmental protection, law, also have different degrees of play on the Confucianism andTaoism, environmental protection ideology. This section focuses not on the ancientenvironmental legislation comb, but analysis summary, think contemporary environmentalprotection to provide reference. The fourth part describes the ancient environmentallegislation thought and contemporary significance. The author believes that in the future Chinese legislation of environment and natural resources, must increase the humanitiesenvironment protection, at the same time to raise people’s awareness of environmentalprotection. Only in this way, our home will be better.
