Factor Of Conflict Upgrade In Collective Event Caused Land Requisition And Demolistion

In recent years, China has accelerated the pace of urbanization, followed by setting off a nationwide wave of land acquisition and demolition. And then a series of collective event begins to breaks out. Such as the collective event happened in Wanyuan country, Dazhou city caused serious congestion of national highway, collective event happened in Suijiang and Tongzhou. These collective events caused by land acquisition and demolition spread wide and have strong destructiveness, which disrupt the normal social order and wake up the nation’s sense of crisis. Therefore, collective events caused by land acquisition and demolition begin to attract attention widely.This study thinks that the outbreak of mass collective event attributed the upgrade of the conflict. So I establish a conflict upgrade model game with dynamic perspective, and divide this collective event into three stages:Win-win stage of the conflict, Single-win conflict stage and lose-lose conflict stage, then do the research about collective event caused by land acquisition and demolition on this basis. In the initial stage of the conflict, the core of conflict is melon-cutting. Though the analysis of the interaction in both side of conflict, I got thatThere are two main factors cause conflict upgrade:Alienation of government power and the right-defending action launch by the people who lose the land and house. In the stage of intense conflict, the competition for benefit is still the leading rode in conflict, but the main factors as catalyst caused conflict upgrade is that government disregarded people’s demand and take uncompromising response policy in the process of land acquisition and demolition, the negative mentality of the people who lose the land and house caused in the process of defending their benefit, and the extreme behavior. After got these conclusions, I do a further study about the cause of these factors for getting some effective recommendations and countermeasures.Finally, the paper according to the findings of the study, propose some suggestions and strategies. I hope this study has certain value and it can enrich the research of the collective event caused by land acquisition and demolition.
