Since1973, Korea and India established the diplomatic relations, the relations between this two countries can be divided into two stages, the slow development during the Cold War and the rapid development after the Cold War. Particularly, after the21st century, the bilateral relations have been developing rapidly. The establishment and development of this relations during the Cold War have profound international and domestic background. The development of relations between Korea and India during the Cold War lay an important foundation for the promotion of the comprehensive cooperation after the cold war.South Korea and India have taken the comprehensive cooperation policies, including economic partnership policy, personnel exchange policy, and military cooperation policy. Economic partnership policy is the core. To promote comprehensive cooperation for the implementation of policy, South Korea and India are establishing a strategic partnership. Korea and India the implementation of CEPA will inevitably bring about some good effect, which is the is the aim of this policy-making. Generally speaking, the good effect brought about by CEPA is pulling the two sides of economic growth on IndiaAfter the Cold War, South Korea taked the all-round cooperation policy to India with the following strategic intent. Firstly, seizing trade opportunities;Secondly, improving the competitiveness of enterprises in Korea; Thirdly, exploring the goods and consumer markets in South Asia; The last, consolidating the strategic partnership.The rapid development of the Korea-India relations is not only have an important influence on the relations between South Korea and India but also have a significant impact to China. According to the Korea-India relations, especially the rapidly speed and good trend.Korea and India relations will be more comprehensive and in-depth development in the efforts of the parties. To research the development of relations between Korea and India and grasp the Korean-Indian relations development context. After that to make out a correct understanding of the impact of the development of relations of Korea and India to China, all this can help us have a positive response to the international situation changes.
