A Study Of The Development Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Rural Construction View

Building new socialist countryside is a major historical task in China’s modernization process, and also is a complex, vast and systematic engineering related to rural economy, politics, culture, and social. In this progress, need to mobilize the whole Party and all social forces, fully arouse the enthusiasm of the masses of peasants, after all, and need the rural grassroots party organizations that are in the forefront of the party’s work to lead the peasant masses to struggle together. Strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations has a very important and far-reaching implication in solving the "three rural" problems, building a harmonious society in rural areas, speeding up the rural well-off process and constructing new socialist countryside and so on. To strengthen the party’s rural grassroots organizations, is a concrete and effective measure of reinforcing the construction of new socialist countryside.This study consists of four parts:the first part is preamble, on the basis of conclusion about the current academic research on the construction situation of rural grassroots party organizations, put forward the meaning and context of the grass-roots party organizations of the research and analysis in the new rural construction sight.The second part analyses the importance of rural grassroots party organizations in the new rural construction, explains the background of the new rural construction, and locates the role of rural grassroots party organizations in the new rural construction.The third part mainly contains the construction of party members troops, the setting up of party organizations, the influence of anti-corruption construction, the relationship of "two committees" in the village; and highlights the problem and the reasons of rural grassroots party organizations in the new rural construction in-depth.The last part, according to the problems and the reasons in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, comes up with the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Details as follows, in the party building, to improve education and training, to enhance the party spirit, to value creativity and to optimize team structure; to explore new settings in the party organization, to innovate the leadership of the party and the working methods, to enhance the party organization’s ability of leading the development of the rural economy, to reshape the rural grassroots party organizations’core status; To improve and strengthen the construction of anti-corruption system, supervision system and punish system, to complete the education of anti-corruption strategies to enhance the construction of rural grassroots anti-corruption; Strengthen the ideological construction and system building and put them into the part of countermeasures.
