The ancient divorce system was completed during the Tang Dynasty. The Tang Law was a large part of feudal law. It contributed as an important historical position. It not only has a positive and effective role in the ethics and morality which the family marriage system field highly respected and maintained. including the stable of family relations and the whole social order, but also affected their offspring dynasty directly.
