Agriculture is the foundation of a country’s economic development. WTO "Agriculture Agreement "long term goal is to made the measures whichaffect the agricultural trade under the control of GATT rules, and build a fair andmarket leading agricultural trade system, and get the trade liberalization.This article tries to thorough analysis the law system of agricultural subsidiesunder the WTO framework, inquires into the problems existing in the agriculturalsubsidies, through the contrast with other countries agricultural subsidies system, andbased on the present situation of the development of Chinese agriculture, Set up asustainable development agricultural subsidy system which both realistic andoperability for Chinese agriculture a long-term stable development and reasonableutilization of financial and natural resources, increase farmers’ income, Correctestablishment in the international stance and alternative action of China uponagricultural subsidies system.The purpose of this paper is to: according to the relation rules of WTOagricultural, research the background and purpose of WTO agricultural subsidiesrules and the existing problems, and deeper understanding of the connotation of theWTO agricultural subsidies.
