Study On The Volunteers’ Spirit And Its Ways Of Training

In recent years, the voluntary service takes a highlight function in theChinese major sports meets and exhibitions, witch make people volunteers ina boom in the whole society. The volunteers’ spirit with its peculiarity ofvoluntary, free, public welfare and votive takes an important role to promote thedevelopment of moral progress and human society. People take attention tothe public life and take responsibility for public responsibility. At the same time,people also have the moral sublimation, social value realization and theirall-round development. The volunteers’ spirit is a kind of long-term forming ofhumane care and public ethical beliefs.In this paper, after the conception of “volunteers”,“voluntary service”,“volunteers’ spirit”, first of all, it reviews development history of westernvolunteers’ spirit and voluntary service, and then understand thecharacteristics of each stage, which let us integrate into the internationalmechanism of volunteer service central better. We can understand presentsituation of its development and advanced operation mode, so it makes usreference foreign experience better. After that we can set up the volunteerservice mechanism with the Chinese characteristics in order to construct aharmonious society. Secondly, it traces back, the theoretical origin of thevolunteers’ spirit, and finds that the spirit of the Chinese original volunteers isbenevolent love. Throughout the history of the Chinese development process,benevolent love has been being an important part in the Chinese traditionalculture.it is the Chinese traditional ethics and culture’s treasure. Our traditionalbenevolent love is pregnant with the realistic meaning of the volunteers’ spirit.Thirdly, it expounds social implication of the volunteers’ spirit. In China, thevolunteers’spirit not only creates service value, but also guides the social spirit,and promotes social morality.it as a kind of public participation behavior playsthe extensive demonstration effect, and makes the moral value and moral behavior together. In daily life of voluntary service activities, it influences thesocial groups. In fact, the volunteers’ spirit is the practice of moral value.Finally, it analyses, in the current development and practice of thevolunteers’ spirit, due to the lack of volunteerism ethics, which makes it into thelegal system and social difficulties. To solve these problems, it puts forward theways of volunteers’ spirit fosters. In the construction of socialist spiritualcivilization process, it needs to pay attention to the present situation ofChinese voluntary service activities and further explore cultivating way. So asto effectively promote the development of socialist spiritual civilization, improvethe social soft power and build good atmosphere of the whole peopleparticipating in the voluntary service.
