The Study Of The Mass Incidents Caused By Flight Delays Based On Theoretical Framework Of Social Combustion Theory

Recently, mass incidents show the tendency of increasing in the number andscare, the multi-participant, more difficult of disposal. Such kinds of massincidents have led to the increasing concerns of all the circles in society, whichhas been become the major problem for building the harmonious civil aviationand maintaining airport security and stability and air defense security. This paperattempts to use the social combustion theory to explain the cause of massincidents caused by flight delays and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. Analyze the status quo of the mass incidentscaused by flight delays. Put forward the study purpose and significance andintroduce the relevant domestic and abroad research result and the researchcontend and method.The second part introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. Firstof all, from the law of international conventions, civil aviation act and industrystandards give the definition of flight delays through induction analogy. Secondly,it analyzes the connotation and extension of mass incidents. And give thedefinition of the nature of the mass incidents and analyze its characteristics.Finally, from the perspective of social physics, introduce the theoretical basis ofthis thesis-social combustion theory.The third part focuses on the situation and the cause of the mass incidentscaused by flight delays. Survey the status of mass incidents caused by flightdelays, and attempt to use social combustion theory to analyze. Seek the cause ofthe mass incidents caused by flight delays: civil aviation legislation constructionlagging, the low degree of service poor communication (i.e., all kinds of discord)are equivalent to flammable materials. Public opinion (including the spread ofrumors and misleading of the media) is equivalent to “combustion adjuvant”. Conflict (dispute) is equivalent to “ignition temperature”, that is “fuse”.The fourth part discusses the principle and countermeasures of massincidents caused by flight delays. Based on the theoretical framework of socialcombustion, the mass incidents caused by flight delays should resolve crisisgenerated spontaneous combustion (Firstly, improve regulations. Secondly, invitethe third party of payout institutions——insurance companies. Thirdly, maintainthe passenger’s right to know).And control the thrusters generated by crisis(Firstly, guide the public opinion to positive publicity. Secondly, promote the thirdparty publish platform of the delaying news.) And start with the cutting the fuseof the crisis, manage the variety of crisis cause by flight delays so as to maintainthe safety and stability of the civil aviation to promote the harmoniousdevelopment of China’s civil aviation.Part fifth is conclusion. Overall review the paper and summarizes the mainconclusions of this study.
