The tide of economic globalization, the comprehensive national strength amongcountries in an increasingly competitive and competition is reflected in the political,economic, military and other aspectsNational government as a political policy-makers, the role of also graduallychanged, especially China, is the transition from a planned economy to a marketeconomy, to build a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and achievesustainable development of society, our government since the1980s, a large degree ofchange.
