The socialist modernization construction of our country is in a crucial period, the traditional motivation mechanism is not perfect, the government sector has great limitations in the process of human resources management. So, to improve human resources management departments of the Chinese government is of great significance, basic national condition should be in our country, and gradually perfect the incentive mechanism of human resource management of China's government departments, so as to improve our government's credibility and execution. Research methods the author through data collection, questionnaire survey, the status quo of incentive mechanism investigation on the part of the government departments of Shenzhen City, aimed to professional political theory, mathematics to the analysis of the present problems in human resources management of government department incentive mechanism problem, reasonable decision and development direction of exploration to improve human resources management I government incentive mechanism, strive to make the research more innovation and breakthrough.This dissertation is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, briefly introduces the topic of the research background, significance, purpose and main research methods, the current situation of research on incentive mechanism of human resources in government departments at home and abroad to understand. The related concepts and theory of the second part of the incentive mechanism of government departments are expounded. The third part of the status quo of the way through the questionnaire survey in Shenzhen City Hall department human resources incentive mechanism of the status quo, to a preliminary understanding of mechanism of human resource management incentive of Chinese government. The fourth part mainly introduces the existing incentive mechanism at the present stage of the problem and the analysis of its causes. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the situation of incentive mechanism of human resources departments of the Chinese government to the present, some exploration and Thinking on Countermeasures to perfect the mechanism of motivation of human resources management of the departments of government in China. The sixth part is the conclusion.The research done by the form of questionnaire survey, with authenticity, to explore the mechanism of human resources management incentive of government departments can be more in line with the actual needs. But because of the time and the limited capacity of the author, this research may also exist a lot of problems, the problem of incentive mechanism of human resources management of China's government departments may look not thorough and comprehensive.
