A Study On The Construction Of Autonomy Of The Community Neighborhood Committees In Guangzhou City

Guangzhou is a forward position of reform and open in China, as well as aneconomic, political, cultural and transportation centre in Guangdong, whichdepends on the social mind’s emancipation, and the liberal ideas of GuangzhouMunicipal Party Committee and government. In recent years, Guangzhou isstrengthening community construction unceasingly, carrying out reform andinnovation, and has achieved substantive results. As a result, the residents’ sense of participation in it is low, andthe neighborhood committee can’t reflex the residents’ demand in the end.Guangzhou is promoting the community construction, however, the currentconstruction of community neighborhood committees have gradually revealedmany problems, partly blocking the pace of community building. Communityneighborhood committee’s innovation and reform is imperative. This paper studies developed cities at home and abroad，especially in large and medium citiesof community construction management model, analysis and reference for theadvanced experience, and fusion Guangzhou actual situation and the developmentof community neighborhood committees, focusing on the analysis of thedevelopment problems faced by the autonomy of the community neighborhoodcommittees in Guangzhou City，propose autonomy direction and focus for thedevelopment of the community neighborhood committee’s autonomy.
