Study On Factors Influenced Residents’Community Autonomic Behavior In Shenyang

Diversity in social, political democratization and the advancement of urban modernization, the residents become acts of community self-construction of the Chinese community a new theme, new incentives. In this background, affecting the behavior of urban community factor is very meaningful.Based on the domestic and urban communities about the literature of self-government acts, the theory of planned behavior based on the built community self-government of Shenyang City Residents theoretical model of behavioral factors. Five city of Shenyang city residents as the object of data collection, random samples of500, to fill in the form of a questionnaire survey. On the obtained data, application SPSS17.0descriptive statistics, variance analysis, questionnaire reliability testing, the use of Mplus5.2confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models tested. Through analysis, the author found that: perceived behavioral control, autonomous cognitive, subjective norms, autonomous attitude of self-interest significantly affected, but of personality factors, self-interest has the autonomous behavior significantly affected, suggesting that these effects self-interest factors also affected autonomous behavior, perceived behavioral control which impact on self-interest the most significant, which suggests that autonomous behavior of its most significant. Meanwhile, the men and women in subjective norms, self-behavior significantly different, all age groups in behavioral control significantly different between married and unmarried groups, in self-attitude, behavior control, self-interest on the significant difference between party members in the subjective norms, behavioral control, self-interest with the other groups significantly different, different occupational groups in the autonomous behavior, self-interest on the significant difference, pay the property charges residents in self-attitude, behavior control, self-awareness, self-behavior and do not pay property charges residents significant difference to the residents of different living subjective norms, behavioral control, self-interest, self-behavior were significantly different.
