Research On The Innovation Of Community Management Mode In Guangzhou

The community is a microcosm of the entire city society. With the acceleration of urbanization, from the street residence to the community system ranking system change become the primary task of urban governance, urban community governance has become a hot issue in the field of community studies. Depth study of community management model, to further standardize the community functions, maximize inspire social vitality, increase satisfaction of living, promote reform and innovation community management model, which is of great significance for improving the urban community governance.The main contents of this paper include: Firstly, introduce the research background of current community management mode, put forward the corresponding research ideas and methods,analyse and compare several domestic and international community management mode, the concept and types of community management model are analyzed and studied. Secondly, based on analysis of the domestic and foreign several typical urban community management model, analyse the basic characteristics of community management model in Haizhu of Guangzhou deeply,clarify the existing problems in the practice management mode, and explore the reasons for these problems,on the basis of absorbing the successful experience of community management model at home and abroad, construct a new model of community management innovation model to adapt to Haizhu District. Finally, some safeguard measures necessary for the operation of the innovation model are put forward.The research of this paper is based on the practice of community management in Haizhu District of Guangzhou, introducing the concept of community autonomy, innovate the organizational framework for community management, improve the enthusiasm of the residents in the community in the process of community management, construct a new type of community management model which is led by the government, to facilitate various community management subject to participate in community autonomy management, this has a certain practical significance to improve the quality of community service and the realization of community residents’ autonomy.
