After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the fundamental changes happened about thestate property of the Russian, It mainly concerned political system, economic model, culturaleducation and so on, these aspects had taken place profound changes. It also made somecorresponding changes to the ideological and moral education of the Russia. In other words,the traditional moral education transformed to the modern moral education of citizens, andshowed the new characteristics. At the same time, the vacuum of morality had brought a seriesof social problems and the impact of Western thought also presented many difficulties to themoral education of the citizens in the Russia. In the background of social transition, How toexplore the moral education of the citizens in the Russia and how to Learn the successfulexperience and failure lessons of the moral education of the citizens in the Russian, andfurther to explore and improve moral education of the citizens in our country. All of them arevery necessary to our country in the new situation of reform and opening.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss the moral education of the citizens in theRussian:Part Ⅰ: Introduction. In This part the author expounds the research background,significance, methods and innovated points, at home and abroad, and analyzes the researchstatus at home and abroad. Finally, the certain terms related in this paper are analyzed andeven refined, such as: citizens, citizen moral, citizen education and citizen moral education.Part Ⅱ: The ideological origin of the moral education of the citizens in the Russia. Itmainly includes the orthodox moral education thought playing recessive moral enlightenment,the Communist moral education thought with the continuous influence and the extensiveinfiltration of the patriotic ideology.Part Ⅲ: The system of the moral education of the citizens in the Russia. In this part, theauthor analyzes the moral education, content and implementation way, and the moraleducation target performed as the citizen autonomy democratic personality and noble moralitycultivation. It mainly through these ways such as: the guidance of national policy, schoolclassroom education, social education and family education supplement to cultivate the moralquality, traditional culture, patriotism and the scientific world view. Part Ⅳ: The reflection. Elaborating the problems existing in the current about the moraleducation of the citizens in the Russian and at the same time analyzing the causes. We drawthe foothold of this paper: the thoughts and enlightenment of our country citizen moraleducation. For the factors including plurality of basic theory, ideology personalized andcitizen moral education marginalization, resulting in not perfect Russian citizen moraleducation system and the worrying educational practice and social moral status, of courseincluding other problems. On this basis, we reflect the enlightenment to the citizen moraleducation in our country. The enlightenment is adhering to the guiding position of the Marxdoctrine, improving the school as the main body of the citizens’ moral education system. Tostrengthen the national traditional culture as the basis of citizen moral education and to playthe basic function of the family education in the citizen moral education.
