Studies Of Citizen Participation In Mass Incidents

People are the main body of social activity,and it is essential to constructing harmonious society.People’s cultural quality,the idea of law,the consciousness of right-responsibility and so on, all have great influences to the steady and development of society.Citizen participation can improve the democratic rule of law;stimulate the socialvigor;protect social fairness and justice,and accomplish government harmonious governance.Citizen participation is also affected by the level of economic development, social system, the citizen’s quality and process conditions of democracy and rule of law.Through analysing the typical cases,I find out the problems of citizen participation in group events. These problems are urgently needed to solve for the construction of socialist harmonious society.Through revealing the negative effects of the group events to social stability and the construction of harmonious society,to find out the reasons of group events frequently happened and the solution methods. In order to regulate the participation of citizens in behavior, improve the participation of citizens in level, and reduce and control group incidents outbreak, promote social harmony.
