Nowadays, our social spiritual wealth goes synchronous with the material possessions.People are pursuing individual spiritual life and self-improvement and commit themselves to the public interest. With the constant heat from our traditional social public welfare. Micro-commonweal which stands for the ’micro’ has cut a figure in all fields, meanwhile, the concept it delivered has been widely recognized and passed on. Effects by activities of micro commonweal are becoming more essential, the man named Liangshuxin who was honored the50charming people in China on account of his creation on micro-fund and other impressive conductions pushing forward the development of micro commonweal. Many similar behaviors like Liangshuxin are now stepping into our sights. The emergence of micro commonweal reflects people’s great yearning for’kindness’and attracted toward the improving of public welfare. However, micro commonweal still lie in the basic phase which calls for unite efforts by all subjects involving in. Our government who acts as the unique role in it has to do something effective and properly to give a right direction to its development.In this paper, I took the adolescence mechanism of micro commonweal as the starting point; analyze its relations with traditional ones, carding its social and historical basis, political and psychological basis, economical facts all based on precisely defining. Then I dissect the current status into six portions using combination of theoretical and demonstration. Proceeding to the next step, I begin to explore the possibilities when government intervening. Finally, the author put forth effort to probe into the approaches and art of government intervening so as to expedite the organic integration between autonomy and outside restrains.The development of micro commonweal is a great event closely bound up with the creation of harmonious society, along with the innovational governance, its development links with intuition of civil society and propelling of mutual assistance value. It’s worth for each person who has social responsibilities to think more about how to assist the micro commonweal growing up healthy and constantly with appropriate guidance by our government.
