Research And Improvement Of The China’s Petition System

As China’s petition system has a long history and a community-based system，in real life play animportant role，with democratic participation，supervision and regulation and the right to relief and otherfunctions. But with the deepening of reform and opening up the development of social and economic life inthe deep-seated contradictions in the gradual dominance，the adjustment of the pattern of interests andconflicts of interest become more intense，leading to a surge in the activities of the petition，the petitionsystem in a number of contradictions and expect too much in front of the operation of the overload，a bit"powerless." Petition system faces an important choice of where to go，the petition system reform is clearlythe current state and society has become a hot issue of concern. Therefore，the petition system and thereasons for the plight of the analysis and reform of the research，for social stability and harmoniousdevelopment of practical significance.In this paper，current issues related to the status quo of China’s petition system to sort out，trying topetition for the foreign system of analysis，the study of the plight of the petition system，combined with thecurrent background of building a harmonious society，specifically proposed petition system needsimprovement conditionsand our current petition system made relevant proposals.For building a harmonioussociety of China’s current context，on the development of "petition method" to increase legal advocacy，toestablish judicial authority，the rectification petition institutions，improve the work of non-governmentalorganizations involved in the petition，and strengthen supervision of the NPC system，improve staffaccountability petition system point of view. Through careful study of the social situation in China and putforward a series of concrete measures to improve the petition system.
