The Study On The Governmental Management Of The Welfare Behavior From Network

Nowadays, the network of public welfare has been gradually arisen. Thenetwork of public welfare is bearing an important social value, and its behaviourof commonweal, also involves the diversity of the subject, which all determinedthe necessity of governmental management. The government makes anappropriate intervention to the network of public welfare behaviour, for which itis necessary guarantees of healthy development for network public welfareundertaking. However, during the period of transition in China, due to the impactof regulations, institutions and concepts of various factors, the Governmentalmanagement on the network of public welfare behaviour is not successful, andcan even be said to the absence of management, which causes moreproblems.This article made an analysis of the relevant case from internet’s report,and think that it is hysteresis of the legislation to the network’s public welfare onour country’s governmental management, the lack of reasonable standard onsubject qualification of on-line solicitation, the lack of guide and regulation of thepublic for the government to the network of public welfare behavior, which arethe reasons of slowly-developing online welfare. So it is needed to perfect thesystem of surplus money management and personal privacy. The article alsoanalyzes the reasons from the view point of legislation, management system andmanagement methods, etc. lastly, this article proposed5suggestions for thegovernmental management.
