A Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Culture Construction Of Rural Filial Piety Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Culture is the blood of a nation and the spiritual home of people.The rural area is the “headstream” of traditional culture and an important “carrier” of agricultural civilization,which has the function of inheriting outstanding traditional culture.At the Nineteenth National People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of Rural Revitalization and put forward the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life.To realize the construction of rural civilization,we must vigorously carry forward the excellent traditional culture.Meanwhile,filial piety culture is a typical representative of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Under the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization,the filial piety culture in rural areas has the characteristics of regional difference,family inheritance and spiritual change.It helps to solve the problem of supporting the aged in rural areas,to promote the construction of beautiful rural areas,to build a harmonious social order in rural areas,to foster and practice core socialist values,and to promote the rural social governance combined with virtue and law.In terms of the existed problems of traditional filial piety culture,under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural filial piety culture should pay attention to the following aspects: unifying material and spiritual support,building a social atmosphere of respecting the elderly,advocating the equality of family relations,establishing a family ethical relationship of the harmoniousness of marital and brotherhood and expanding the filial piety culture to rural areas to promote the construction of civilized rural style.Through a survey of Village A in Zhuzhen Township,Langzhong City,this research found that the construction of filial piety culture in rural areas now is facing the indifference of filial piety consciousness,the focus of the family has changed from being young to the old,the departure of filial piety and filial piety in the process of urbanization,the traditional family ethics are weakened,and the problem of growing indifference in interpersonal relations.There are five causes of the above problems.The first is the breakdown of family relationships leads to the weakening of intergenerational emotions;the second is changes in family structure affect the concept of filial piety culture;the third is the imbalance of regional development affects the performance of filial piety culture;the forth is the difference in family income status Balance of maintenance obligations and the last is the spatial isolation between neighbors affects the identity of filial piety culture.For the above problems,the construction of rural filial piety culture can be promoted from the following four aspects: the first is to strengthen the material foundation of rural filial piety culture through economic revitalization;the second is to grasp political revitalization and establish the institutional guarantee of rural filial piety culture;the third is to build a strong atmosphere of filial piety culture and the last is to improve the rural social security system to make up for the lack of filial piety culture.
