The Development Of Folk Institutions Of Age Service In Suzhou And The Policy Revelations Of It

As the population aging in our country and squared intensifies, disability and half the number of old people can lose will continue to grow, ordinary endowment service already can’t satisfy the current endowment demand. Relate to the aging population of the developed countries, the remarkable characteristic of China’s aging problem is "old before rich", the huge social endowment demand is not adapt to the traditional social endowment way which is leaded by government. So the social endowment institution construction demand of China is more pressing than developed countries. In this background, this paper designs the index system of specific indicators of folk institutions of age service and calculates the weight of the index with the development of folk institutions of age service as the research object, put the performance evaluation as a private endowment study of the breakthrough point, based on the analysis of the present situation of folk institutions of age service basis, in view of the specific conditions of China’s folk institutions of age service performance evaluation, introducing the UML modeling method of computer with the theories of principal-agent, systematic, encouragement and social policy.In the part of empirical research, this paper selects the folk institutions of age service in the Wuzhong district of Suzhou as the sample, due to the development of Suzhou city institution endowment is in a leading position in Jiangsu province, and because of the geographic location and cultural factors of the Wuzhong district of Suzhou, its private pension institutions of the construction and its development is representative, bases on the field survey, explores the main problems of the folk institutions of age service in the Wuzhong district as a representative of Suzhou city with system analysis and policy research, and gets the policy revelations from private endowment institutions orientation, live channels, the regulatory system and the human resource etc.
