Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Detoxification In Wuzhong District, Suzhou City

At present,our country is in the period of drug problem spreading,drug crime high-incidence period and drug control crisis period,and presents the domestic and foreign drug problems interweave,traditional and new drug harm interweave,on-line and off-line drug spread interweave and other new features.The sources of drugs continue to increase,synthetic drugs are abusing themselves,drug types are changing at an accelerated pace,and drug crimes are becoming more organized,networked and violent.The complexity of the drug problem and the difficulty of its governance have further increased.In accordance with the national five-year plan for community-based rehabilitation of drug addicts and the further implementation of the "8-31" project of the National Office for Drug Control,China has made the township(sub-district,community)governments the mainstay of drug control and rehabilitation work at the grass-roots level,we will improve voluntary drug treatment services,community-based drug rehabilitation,compulsory isolation and other drug rehabilitation systems,with community-based drug rehabilitation as the main base for drug rehabilitation,through the improvement of drug treatment,psychological correction,help and relief,employment support and other policies and measures to actively help drug addicts to quit drug addiction and return to society.The significance of this study lies in a comprehensive and in-depth study of the implementation of the community drug treatment system in Wuzhong District,Suzhou,sorting out the problems found in the course of specific development and the causes of the problems,with a view to improving the work of community drug treatment,to further reduce the social harm of drugs and promote the anti-drug work,so as to add strength to Wuzhong District's social stability,economic development and people's harmony.Based on the practice of community drug rehabilitation work in Wuzhong District,Suzhou,this paper finds out the main problems in community drug rehabilitation work in Wuzhong District Suzhou,in the light of the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward some concrete policy suggestions to improve the drug rehabilitation system in this community.On the basis of domestic and foreign research,this paper defines the related concepts,including community,community concept of drug rehabilitation.The theoretical basis of this paper includes social label theory,regression theory and so on.A survey was conducted on the current situation of community drug treatment in Wuzhong District,Suzhou,to understand the main drug situation,basic institutional framework,measures and characteristics of community drug treatment in Wuzhong District,Suzhou.This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the community drug treatment in Wuzhong District,Suzhou,and their causes,which include:The unclear applicable standards for the community drug control,insufficient cooperation among relevant departments,and the need to improve the professional quality of anti-drug social workers,etc.,the causes of these problems are as follows:the grass-roots organizations in villages and towns do not pay enough attention to community drug treatment,and the lack of anti-drug publicity leads to the prejudice of the society towards drug addicts and the lack of supporting resources in the community.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the work of drug rehabilitation in the good community.Through defining the criteria for community-based drug rehabilitation,further enhancing the medical structure for social drug rehabilitation,actively creating "drug-free communities",further improving the process of community-based drug rehabilitation,and exerting the strength of family and professional social workers in drug control.
