On The Jurists’s Role In Building A Society Ruled By Law

The history of human society, is a jurists’ history of legal thought.Is the jurists in thefield of law for their hard and sweat promote the development of civilization of the world’slegal system.With the establishment of China’s national goals of the rule of law the jurists’role is further highlighted.Jurists play such an important role in building a society ruled bylaw, but the systematic study is quite scarce on this issue.If we don’t have a clearunderstanding on this issue it will inevitably affect the process of China’s rule of law.Thispaper attempts to explore the role of the jurists in building a society ruled by law and wantto be able to help our rule of law nation-building.This paper will analyse the jurists’position and the jurists’ role in society ruled by law firstly,and then further explore theconditions of jurists playing the role, and will explore the alienation of the jurists’ role andprevention finally.We consider that only by knowing these issues can we better play therole of the jurists and better promote the rule of law in our country’s national construction.
