Until the year2011, the global population is about6.9billions. As estimated, to the year2050, it will reach9.15billions. The elderly rate has been increased from5.2%to7.6in1950. It is estimated that in2050it will reach16.2%. So, we can see that the aging is rapidly expanding around the world, especially in Southern Asia, where the population is large and the aging is severe. As a result, we human beings are facing a critical problem that we have never occurred and we are obligated to solve such problem positively and effectively. Compared with technologies in space, aviation and electronic hardware, which can be developed within relatively short time, the aging problem is obviously a lasting war. In order to solve the problems caused by aging, we need long time to prepare and repeatedly practice and obtain valuable experience and lessons. Since the fact that the aging speed in western countries is slow, the Europe union has enough time to handle this problem. However, for the Southern Asia, the aging currently is very severe. So we have to search a fast way in such severe situations. Nowadays, the focusing problem for the aging in China is that we only need to give financial support but also need to give more support in solving the caring problems in their daily life. Same with Japan, in China where economic rapidly developed, with the increasing of nuclear families, many kinds of severe problems are also exposed. In China, the families of "1-2-4" type are commonly exited. It called "1-2-4" type means that one couple needs take care of four parents and one child. Such a problem has attracted more and more people’s eyes. Similar to the situation in China, most of children of the elderly in Japan choose to work in others places or overseas, which causes the elderly have to live alone without caring. Such phenomenon has caused much attention in Japan. So, China and Japan almost face similar problems and the traditional caring system is facing many challenges. Based on the advantage and disadvantage. In order to give some reference for a future’s study and practice, this paper wish to find a suitable route for modern aging care in order to realize "the elderly supported and living happily”status.
