Based On The Marxist Theory Of Social Security Under The Urban Elderly Community Endowment Service Requirements And Countermeasures Research

In the future, the Chongqing aging population and its internal aging structure willbring new grim challenges to Chongqing pension-service system. Marx ’s relateddiscussions on social security still have directive significance to perfect theconstruction of Chongqing social pension-service system, even to the countrywide atpresent. Based on the actual situation of Chongqing, this paper achieves the materialsthrough a questionnaire survey and finishing predecessors,, uses the statisticalsoftware to analyze the results of the survey, grasps the elderly demand situation ofhealth service supply in Chongqing community, and then puts forward the specificand feasible countermeasures.From the basic, extensions and advanced definition of the needs of older people,this article matches the three levels of the security sense, the happy feeling andworthiness. The results of questionnaire is described as follows: on the securitysense, respondents expresses that the income is generally low, the community servicesupply slants apparently little even still belongs to blank; on the happy feeling,respondents expresses that they are generally happy, the community culture andentertainment services supply exceeds demand, they lack of communication betweenfamily members and the love for "empty nester" can not be ignored; on worthinesslevel, the respondents expresses that the aged can not play a suitable role in familyand the participation to community affairs needs to be improved.In order to achieve the actual factors influenced the demand of communityservice for the aged, this paper makes a correlation analysis between the basicinformation of surveyed respondents and elderly care needs, and get the conclusionthat the community endowment service demand for aged will be influenced by thefactors such as the education, family income, health status, the main source of incomeand so on.On the descriptive statistics and the correlation analysis, under the guidance ofMarx’s doctrine of social security, this article proposed the countermeasures from thefour aspects to perfect Chongqing community pension-service system: the firstmeasure is to improving the old-age security system dominated by government; thesecond measure is to promote the development of old industry oriented by theadjustment of industrial structure; the third measure is to build a communitypension-service system based on a diversified body; the last measure is to improve thesocial atmosphere of respecting the old love though the multiple channels of publicityand education.
