Research On Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical-Nursing Combined Institutional Care Mode In Zhengzhou City

At present,China's aging population is grim,the family's old-age security function is weakened,the public resources of the public and private institutions are unreasonable,and the old "medical-nursing separation" pension model having seriously affected our old-age security system.With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of pension industry,the elderly groups look forward to a higher level of"disease-free recuperation,disease treatment" health care integration of old-age care.While medical-nursing combined institutional care mode as a new type of pension mode came into being,can effectively solve the "elders have access to good care and medical treatments" problem.In this paper,based on this background,Combination of research methods,including documentary research,questionnaires and interviews,to explore the current situation and existing difficulties of "medical-nursing combned" in three private pension institutions of Zhengzhou city,and puts forward relevant suggestions,aiming at providing theoretical reference for the development of medical and nursing institutions for the aged.The survey found that the interviewed institutions effectively integrated the use of existing medical resources,to provide life care,spiritual comfort,medical services and other multi-level service content,and with the characteristics of corporate culture to promote institutions.In terms of quality of service,the respondents were satisfied with the service quality of the occupants,and the physical indicators(medical hardware facilities),empathy index(personalized service),reliability index(on-time service)To give a higher evaluation,and its service personnel economic indicators(fees),assurance indicators(service personnel professional skills)perceived lower mean,to be improved.Combination of head and grass-roots staff interviews,it is concluded that surveyed institutions exist in the actual operation the following dilemma:government support is insufficient,agency service talented person is weak and ineffective reimbursement policy.Therefore,on the basis of the advanced practical experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the suggestion of promoting the development of the old-age service of the medical-oriented institutions:To give full play to the leading role of the government and encourage the development of medical care facilities in the form of policy documents and financial subsidies;We will deepen the mechanism for personnel development,train medical care professionals and improve the treatment of existing service personnel.We will strengthen reform of the health care system,implement basic medical insurance,establish long-term care insurance,and engage in medical and medical insurance;We will continue to improve the service level of medical care,pay attention to the mental needs of the elderly,and encourage social voluntary organizations to participate in medical care services through information platforms.
