The New Path Of Crime Victimization Prevention Study——Victim Situation

Reform and opening up30years ago, our crime rate fluctuations in growth, for this complex and profound social phenomenon of crime victims, how to achieve better preventive effect on the basis of the existing preventive measures, better protection of personal and property safety of the masses so remarkable.This article tries to research the prevention of crime victims, for victims of prevention research and practice to provide a new path from the perspective of the victim situation, the situation of crime victims as a research perspective, a relatively new area to exploresituational research-based approach, to put forward concrete measures of prevention of crime victims. As follows:First, an overview of the research status of the prevention of crime victims, the basic concept of the prevention of crime victims, as well as an overview and assessment of past crime victims Prevention Research on the shortcomings of which, causing the victim situation explore a new path; Second, the value of three murdered situation perspective to investigate the crime victim prevention and prevention research, from basic concepts, theoretical background, the crime victims to start and combined with the corresponding questionnaire, combined with previous empirical data analysis; again, based on the aforementioned theory of specific measures of prevention of crime victims, two aspects of criminal policy and prevention practices.
