Although Farmers accounts for the majority of our population, they are the most vulnerable groups in our society, and their political, economic, cultural and social interests have been considerably infringed. So the protection of the rights and interests of peasants has become critical of the "Three Rural Issues". Only by adhering to the idea of reform and changing the habitual thinking of the past, can the solution to the "Three Rural Issues" achieve a breakthrough. Theoretical research and domestic and international experiences have shown that allowing the farmers to organize themselves and protecting peasants’interests in the form of the organization is the effective and feasible way of the solution to the "three rural issue". in this regard, it appears particularly important to explore the legal issues for the peasant association.From the constitutional perspective, I will explores a few basic questions in the process of building the peasant association’s legal system in China, the details are as follows.The first part, introduction. In this part, on the basis of the analysis of the background of Chinese peasant associations’legal system, I will point out that in today’s China the "three rural" issues is still grim, the peasant’ problems are urgent to be solved, We need to broaden view and organize peasants to resolve the current problems. Next, I will summarize the existing research achievements, and point out what we can learn from them.Finally, I will introduce the paper’s research contents, methods and innovations.The second part, the discussion on the origins of Chinese peasant association. In this part, I will discuss the concepts, categories and characteristics of the peasant associations. I think that China’s peasant associations in the future should be the Comprehensive peasant associations that are named after "the peasant association" and take examples from the "Japanese model", in addition, I will look back the history of Chinese peasant associations’development.The third part, the peasant associations’legal system from the constitutional perspective. In this section, firstly, I would like to discuss in detail the theoretical origin of the peasant association, and point out that China’s peasant association should be based on the theory of civil society-based, and combined with the reasonable elements of other theories. Secondly, I will explore the constitutional value of the peasant association. Thirdly, I would like to get the legal system of the peasant association in shape. Finally, I would like to make a brief introduction to successful examples of the legal system of the peasant association in the world.The forth part, the specific design of the peasant association’s legal system in China. From the view point of the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of the legal system of the peasant association, I would like to deeply analyze and discuss the problems that need be first to be solved in the process of building the legal system of the peasant association, and make more detailed and full analysis the specific design of the peasant association’s legal system in China, thereby sketching out a picture of Chinese peasant associations’legal systemIn the fifth part, the conclusion. In this part, I would like to make a brief summary to the problems that have been discussed, and point out what should be further discussed...
