Research On College Students’ Party Member Education Under The Condition Of Information Network

In the information network society, the construction of the college students’party members is the main great project in the new period for the Communist Party. Strengthen the construction of the college students’party members will be in relation to the future destiny of the Communist Party and our country and in relation to comprehensive realization of the goal to build a well-off society in an all-round way. And it is the intrinsic requirement for the comprehensive accomplishment of scientific outlook on development. Since the new millennium, the information has become more and more quickly, convenient, and the content has become much more abundant in the network conditions. But the network also brought some junk information, which has certain effects on the construction of the college students’party members and formed a new challenge. How to face challenges, to adapt to the new situation and create new situation of building the college students’party members has become a new task before us. This paper does a research on how to strengthen and improve college student party members’education under the information network bases on the absorption of other scholars’researches with the combination of my own experience.The text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the significance of party members’education in information network. Under the condition of information network, it is necessary for the development of college ideological and political education to research the university student party members’education. And the network ideological and political education is an extension of college ideological and political education. So under the condition of the network information the research on the education of college students’party members will provide a basis for enhancing the efficiency of the college ideological education workers, and it is helpful to improve the college students’network literacy.The second part of the paper elaborates the importance of strengthening the education of the college students’party members.The third part of the paper analyzes the achievements and the difficulties of the research on the college students’ party members’education, as well as the challenges and opportunities which the college students party members’ education confronted under the condition of the current information network. The achievements that have already obtained include:the information network has enhanced the effect of the education of the college students’party members, strengthened the college students’party members thought into maturity and enhanced the college student’s party members’ learning enthusiasm. The difficulties have already confronted include:it is easy to shake the college students’thoughts and ideological morality, to sway their interpersonal communication, and so on. The opportunities that have already got are the improvement of teaching resources and teaching level of ideological and political education team. But it also has to adjust itself, such as adjusts its traditional education modes, contents and the methods of the challenge.The fourth part was the focus of this paper. This part is mainly about the study counterparts of the college student’ party members’education under the condition of information network. We should deal with the problem from the next five aspects. Firstly, we should establish the guiding ideology of the research on the college students’party members’ education. Secondly, we should strengthen the system construction and the law enforcement and the supervision system of the culture of communication network. Thirdly, we should strengthen the construction of the team of the college students’party members. Fourthly, we should strengthen the attraction of the network and create the party school on line with high quality. Fifthly, we should enhance the educators’ theoretical quality. With all the discussion in this part, I hope that it can give some advises to strengthen the education of college student party members.
