Currently, the situation of world,our country and our party has changed a lot. In this new situation, the work of training and educating Minority College Students Party members also appeared a lot of new problems, facing the severe challenge. Qinghai province has concentrated, multi religious coexistence, multicultural and multiethnic characteristics, at the same time,concentrating all the difficulties and characteristics of western plateau regions, ethnic minority areas, underdeveloped areas. In this situation, educationing a team that its main part is Minority Party members as well as has good cohesion and capacity is very useful to promot national colleges and universities in the area, to ensure stable development and has very important practical and strategic significance to the quality of personnel training in ethnic regions.This article work in the literature review to understand the research status of our country and abroad, to conduct a comprehensive review on the theories of foundation and historical experience of Communist Party of Chinese cultivation of young students, for the reason that work out a way to educate Minority College Students Party members. What’s more, through the method of questionnaire and depth interview, as far as possible to comprehensive training situation of the Minority College Students Party members in Qinghai province and hold multiple aspects from the wish to join the party and time, ideals and beliefs, motives, training content, training expectations and requirements, the school party building at the basic level of understanding of the status, and the life of the party. Thirdly, analysising the current situation, We found the problems in the process of educationing college students party members and cultivation. They include that belief is not enough, the party enthusiasm influenced by religions is not high, national consciousness strong lolitical concept is weak, cultivate the content lack of pertinence, cultivating way is not scientific, training personnel is a serious shortage, new students lack training guide. Fourthly, making a thorough analysis of the main factors that influencing the Minority College Students Party members to clutivate from the international environment,domestic environment, ethnic and religious problems and the school management. Fifth, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of minority college students in Qinghai and put forward the feasible cultivation method of minority university students party members, from the content and method research on innovation, pay attention to the evaluation and supervision mechanism.
