Study On The Higher Vocational Studengts’ Party Building Work In The Inner Mongolia

Higher vocational education, as a rising star of China’s vocational education is the inevitable trend of development of vocational education to adapt to China’s economic development needs of talent inherent in multi-level, and also it is an important component of higher education in China.Based on this educational background, the article explores how to strengthen and improve higher vocational students’ Party-building work in the new era. The first part is an overview of the current higher vocational students’ Party-building work, emphasizing the importance of higher vocational students’ Party-building work and the content and composition in student work of party building. In the mean time points out that the Vocational Student Party is facing a new situation with the development of the socialist market economy. The second part, taking the higher vocational students in Inner Mongolia as an example, firstly introduces the composition of basic level party compositions in Hohhot Vocational Park in Inner Mongolia, student component ratio, motives of joining the party, the theoretical study and the advancement of student party members and other aspects so as to show that the achievements of higher vocational students’Party-building work in Hohhot Vocational Park in Inner Mongolia, basic-level party-building work, student party development system and other aspects have made great achievements of higher vocational students. The third part is to analyze the problems of the current higher vocational students’ Party-building work. The current inadequacies of the vocational colleges lay in deviation in the College leadership working center, the improvement of student party branches and personal training and the development of students’ party members these three major aspects. Further refined is the top in the three major questions on the causes of the problem. The fourth part proposes the three main countermeasures for the causes of the problems in the third part to improve the higher vocational students’ Party-building work in Inner Mongolia. So first the Vocational College leaders give emphatically emphasis on it; efforts to build basic-level party organizations, Third, focuses on the early train and continuing education for party members these three aspects to strengthen and improve the current the higher vocational students’ Party-building work.This article systematically analyzes the present situation and existing problems in party-building work of higher vocational students and goes on a profound analysis of the problem causes and so figure out the solutions on problems presenting higher vocational students’ party-building work.
