Higher vocational colleges have the task to cultivate thousands of skilled workers with qualified professional ethics, for this reason, the government pay high attention to development vocational education.Vocational students as socialism successors, not only to learn skills, but also must to strengthen their legal literacy, it has an important role for the construction of Socialist harmonious society and the Socialist rule of law in China, and also conducive to the construction of harmonious campus, legal education study is the inherent requirement of improving the comprehensive qualities of college students in higher vocational colleges, it gives a firm protection to higher vocational college students career development.Meanwhile, strengthen the legal education and improve law consciousness of higher vocational college students is important ways to reduce their criminal behavior.Higher vocational colleges has its own clear characteristics of their running school and psychological characteristics of their students (etc "work-integrated learning" and "cooperation between schools and enterprises"), the development of legal education has put forward many new requirements to the higher vocational colleges. As the study of legal system education of college students, improve the effectiveness of the legal system education in higher vocational colleges has important practical significance.In order to better understand the current situation of higher vocational legal education, a questionnaire survey was conducted among many students and their law teachers from the eight higher vocational colleges in Guangxi province, trying to find out the common problems existing in current legal education, analyzes the causes of problems, strengthening and improving countermeasures. Author hope this paper will do contribution to perfecting the legal education in higher vocational college of our country.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part pointed out the significance of strengthening the legal system education of college students. Under the background of the popularization of vocational education in our country, It is significant for the development of legal education to enhance the construction of our country, and colleges.The second part is combined with the survey data statistics to analysis the current problems existing in the higher vocational college’s legal education. The concrete as follows:first, the problems about legal education course in higher vocational colleges such as: monotonous content, theory and practice separated, lack of practice training, the examination way of legal system course would have influence on the teaching purpose. the teachers’ quality should be improved, Second, the overall level of higher vocational college student’s legal consciousness is not high. And it embodies on several essential aspects such as enthusiasm for legal learning is not high, lack knowledge of the law, legal emotional relatively indifferent, etc.The third part analyzes the causes of problems in legal education in higher vocational colleges. The first thing is our higher vocational colleges not pay enough attention to legal education, for example: educational funds that plunged into the legal education weren’t enough, the system of management is not perfect, and the safeguard system is incomplete and so on.
