With the vigorous development of Chinese manufacturing industry,the demand of high-quality skilled personnel in the manufacturing industry is increasing.It puts forward higher requirements for the education and training of science and engineering majors in higher vocational colleges in China.Aiming at the “labor shortage” of high-quality skilled personnel of manufacturing enterprises in China,the professional science and engineering majors in higher vocational colleges and universities gradually form the mode of top-post internship education with schoolenterprise cooperation as the main form.How to effectively carry out the management of students in this mode has become an urgent discussion of the science and engineering majors of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the factors that affect the effect of the top-post internship management in science and engineering majors in higher vocational colleges,and to explore ways to improve the management effect of top-post internships.Based on the current situation of relevant research domestic and foreign,this paper uses the theory of behavioral science management,teaching do unity theory,the theory of human all-round development.Through the form of questionnaires and interviews,the management of top-post internships in science and engineering majors in higher vocational colleges is studied.Taking NJ Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Vocational Technology as an example,conduct questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation and major problems of the top-post internship management of the university's science and engineering majors,and on this basis,summarize the main countermeasures of the top-post internship management of science and engineering students in higher vocation.Through questionnaires and interviews,the author analyzes the following problems: First,the education authorities' safeguard mechanism is not perfect,the supervision is insufficient.Second,there are not many effective measures for the management of top-post internships in vocational colleges,and the teaching and management resources invested are not balanced.Third,the enterprise over-pursuit of interests,the top job internship lack of far-sightedness and social responsibility.Fourth,students' awareness of top-post internship is insufficient and self-perception is not accurate.Combined with the management situation of the A-school-related "top post internship" mode,through research,the author puts forward suggestions to strengthen the policy guarantee of the education department,the school and the students from the four levels of education department,the new model of cooperation between the employer and the development of top post internship,the balanced teaching and management of higher vocational colleges,and the mobilization of students' enthusiasm for top post internship.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,we can improve the management effect of top-post internships for science and engineering students in higher vocational colleges.
