Government Coordination In Development Of The Inner Mongolia Region

In the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration in current year, the regional disparity has become a strategic question which affects the economic and the social development gradually but has not drawn enough attention. During the thirty years of reform and opening up, economic construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made a giant achievements. At the same time, internal regional disparities become increasingly prominent. This paper set on the background of Inner regional development and make coordination with the Government as the starting point. By investigating the gap in the development process, in-depth analysis of government to coordinate the reality of the deep-seated difficulties, and contrasting domestic and international regional development process solution, the paper set a reasonable position for local governments to build a government co-ordination mechanism to achieve regional development and specific measures.The Paper mainly consists of the following five parts:The first Part is an introduction, mainly introduced this article research background, significance, the research mentality, the method and the related literature summary. The second Part is the theoretical basis, mainly giving the definition of basic concepts and the introduction of relevant theoretical basis about Local government’s cooperation as well as the significance of the local authority’s cooperation under the regional economies integration. The third Part is mainly the analysis of the Present Situation and the main Problem about the local government cooperation under current regional.The fourth Part is the analysis of the dynamic mechanism of local cooperation under regional economic integration, which mainly explains the reason.The fifth Part is the analysis of the local authority’s operation mechanism. This Part mainly proposed the institutional arrangements which the local government’s cooperation mechanism should follow under the regional economies integration.
