Marx and Engels founded the historical materialism, which expelledout the will idealism from history field and established the scientificposition of the historical materialism. The historical materialism got rid ofthe thinking way of the modern western philosophy and realized thecomplete change of the philosophical methodology. It offers a uniqueperspective for us to understand and use Engels`historical "forcetheory". And then, it introducesthe history power thought of nineteenth century utopian socialismthinker, further expound Hegels historical power thought, whose powerthought realizes the major breakthrough of traditional historicalviewpoint. But it also has its fatal defect, namely the idealist view. Thisprovides historical mission for Marx and Engels another brokethrough---founding historical materialism.Part Two introduces the formation and development process ofEngel’s history "force theory". From analyzing the formation, mature anddevelopment of "force theory", the author describes the developmentand mature process of Engels`history "force theory".Part Three elaborates the main connotation of the theory ofresultant force from the historical special regularity, each factor"interaction" and the historical role of subsystem. Part Four discusses the contemporary significance of Engels`history"force theory",which is helpful for clarification of Engels history" forcetheory "of the misreading, enrich and develop marxism social systemtheory, exert fully the function of each society members and make afree and full development and benefit the social, economic andpolitical constraction.
