Study On Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Rural Female Systematization

Farmers’systematization is one of long-term focused matter in educational and political circles of China. In recent years, accompanied with the faster process of urbanization in our country, it is becoming more evident that rural workers’feminization phenomenon. Rural female systematization has become an urgent social problem that need we pay attention on it.This study investigate the current situation and influencing factors of rural female systematization of Xinzhou district in Wuhan city of Hubei province by multi-stage random sampling, and study it by the social gender theory and organizational ecology theory. First of all, this study analyzed the current situation of rural female systematization by five aspects, they are organizational cognition, organizational demands, organizational desires, organizational participate behavior and organizational environment; secondly, discussed the influencing factors of rural female systematization from personal, family and social aspects; based on that, this study put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhanced rural female systematization level.There are some conclusions by investigation and analyze:Firstly, rural female systematization problems are serious. From organizational cognition aspect, rural female’s awareness rate to new farmers’organizations is extraordinary low; from organizational demands aspect, the degree of rural female’s demands to each organization is low; from organizational desires aspect, rural female’s desire to participate into farmer’s organization is not strong, some rural female even have negative attitudes to farmer’s organization; from organizational participate aspect, rural female’s participate level to farmer’s organization is extraordinary low. Generally, rural female’s systematization level is extraordinary low, there are majority rural female, some don’t have organizational demands and organizational behavior, and some have organizational demands but don’t have organizational behavior. First of all, personal, family and social factors are all influencing to rural female systematization.From personal level, in addition to individual factors, there are extraordinary influences to rural female’s organizational situation by their gender awareness, those hold modern gender awareness have higher organizational level; from family level, from family level, there are outstanding influencing to rural female’s organizational situation by the gender division in family, those women who has larger share to the family income and those who has the family financial management and the decision power is helpful to rural female systematization; from social level, social gender cultural, social gender power structure are all will influencing rural female systematization. Based on that, study believes we should promote the development of rural female’s modern gender awareness, pay attention and help the development of all kinds of rural female organization, and constructing a good female development social environment.The innovations of this study are:firstly, emphasize investigate rural female systematization on the whole, regarded systematization as the comprehensive of the systematization of politics, economy and culture field, there are some new study contents; secondly, analyze rural female systematization by social gender theory, this is a new study angle.
