The Research On Developing Ways Of Enterprise Union Female Workers Organization In Chao Yang City

Labor union organization is a link for the Communist Party connecting labors and an important society pillar for state political power. As the representative and maintainer of labor’s interests, it plays a very important role in the great process of promoting comprehensively deepen reforms. Female labor organization of enterprise union is the important part of female labor organization, which is the sub organization of labor union. Good developing of female labor organization is of great significance to establish harmonious labor relations, to maintain the interests of female labor and to promote the healthy development of enterprises.Based on the real situation of Chao yang city, this study makes an investigation on 3 aspects of female labor organization of enterprise labor union of Chao yang:organizational construction, personnel allocation and role playing of female labor organization, and combined with the main content, the main methods and the main characteristics of female labor organization of Chao yang labor union in the process of developing, this study analysis the main factors which restrict the development of female worker organization of enterprise labor union.This paper discusses the development of Chao Yang female labor union, on the base of researching and analyzing the problem to use relevant theory. With the fact of Chinese situation and Chaoyang female labor union development experience, the paper offers some suggestion about Chaoyang female labor union’s development, which means a lot to strengthen their cohesive and attractive power, to maintain lawful rights and special benefits, to mobilize their zeal, positive and creative ability, to increase efficiency, to ensure factory’s stability and development, and to further Chaoyang female union.
